People Partner

Copenhagen, Capital Region, Denmark

We’re looking for a proactive business partner and a true do'er with solid HR fundamentals and a drive to build and refine HR practices in a high-energy, performance-driven environment. You’ll roll up your sleeves, work closely with leaders and managers to ensure excellent day-to-day people operations, provide expert guidance, and actively drive the implementation of key people initiatives as we mature our HR function.

If you thrive on impactful execution and bringing solutions to life, this role is for you!

What will your day look like?

As our new People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor for one or more business capabilities, taking ownership of their people’s needs and driving strategic initiatives. You will actively execute on and contribute to the implementation of people initiatives led by our People Development team (e.g., career pathing, performance practices, employee engagement, job architecture), ensuring smooth rollout, proactive stakeholder alignment, and effective change communications. Moreover, you will:

  • Proactively coach and partner with managers and leaders on performance, development, and everyday people decisions, driving solutions.
  • Own and resolve employee relations cases end-to-end (performance, probation, grievances, leave), managing risk and confidentiality.
  • Use data to spot trends (attrition, absence, engagement, etc.) and recommend clear, practical actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment law, GDPR, and company policies; proactively build and maintain country expertise for assigned markets.
  • Efficiently run and optimize core people processes: Workforce planning input, performance/360s coordination, compensation cycle support, engagement survey follow-up, and exits.
  • Actively contribute to improving and streamlining our core HR processes and documentation, seeking out efficiencies and best practices.

Who are you going to work with?

You’ll join our global People Experience team and collaborate across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, Comms & Events, and Performance & Talent Development—partnering closely with capability leaders, managers, and teams. We support the entire organization across our 14 locations.

What do you bring to the table?

You are a proactive, results-oriented, and highly adaptable HR professional with a strong foundation in HR, best practices and a proven ability to execute with pace. You thrive in a dynamic environment, can effectively manage both urgent operational tasks and contribute to longer-term projects. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and a trusted steward of sensitive information. In addition, you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/People, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Experience from an HR Business Partner role, including experience driving employee relations cases to resolution and effectively coaching managers.
  • Experience actively contributing to implementation of HR initiatives or programs, demonstrating an understanding of change management principles and a desire to improve HR processes and documentation.
  • Good understanding of project management principles and the ability to independently manage HR-related tasks or initiatives, including effective stakeholder management.
  • Applied knowledge of country employment law and GDPR; comfortable navigating compliance.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and succession concepts is a plus.
