Our Client Engagement & Delivery Department
The Client Engagement & Delivery capability is responsible for managing every aspect of the relationship between our clients and our organization. To put it simply, the department's top priority is keeping our clients happy while building and maintaining a lasting relationship and business with them. The client service department is deeply immersed in our clients’ businesses and constantly looks at the business challenges our clients will face to help lead them into the future. This enables the team to take responsibility for the overall client growth strategy, discover new opportunities, and sell our skills and products.
The client service department is the key point of contact for our clients and owner of all client projects and responsible for routing them through our business. They act as interpreters between the client and specialist teams by decoding client briefs, challenging them, and simplifying before translating them into actionable directives for our specialists. This ensures that everybody knows exactly what they have to do and when, so they deliver on time and budget to the client's expectations.
Our Marketing Operations Department
Marketing Operations (MO) at VML MAP is where we bridge strategic intent with global execution. We are responsible for delivering high-quality, cross-channel communications efficiently and effectively, standardising and scaling success for our clients across over 100 markets. MO acts as the vital operational centre, processing billions of unique messages annually and translating marketing strategies into tangible activations. In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire campaign lifecycle. Your involvement will span from initial brief review and precise implementation to thorough quality assurance, launch, and optimisation.
Working within our 24/7 global service, you will manage a significant volume of work, utilising advanced tools and processes to drive operational efficiency, working together with our other centers. MO provides a strong foundation for developing a career in team leadership within MAP. As a graduate, you will actively contribute to market activations, acquiring valuable insights into campaign execution and operational excellence.
