What will your day look like?

We’re looking for someone with top-notch writing and research skills and English as a first language to be our full-time, in-house copywriter. As our new Copywriter, you will write communications for multiple global clients, gaining a thorough insight into their businesses. Your primary job will be to create compelling copy for Loyalty, CRM, and other comms channels.  

Who are you going to work with?

As a member of the Experience Design team, you will write and edit content for a variety of projects (e.g., email programs with dynamic and static copy) working closely with communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers and project managers to brainstorm ideas and articulate messaging.  

You will interact with interesting and kind colleagues in a setting that prioritizes collaboration and camaraderie. We come from diverse backgrounds and have unique skill-sets, so you’ll get plenty of opportunities to apply your expertise.

What do you bring to the table?

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times. Your conscientious and solution-oriented mindset enables you to digest complex information and translate strategy and insights into persuasive copy. You value flawlessness and careful editing, ensuring all deliveries are spotless and effective.  

Required skills and qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience from an advertising or in-house agency  
  • Excellent communication skills and flawless writing talents in English  
  • A relevant background in journalism, communications, or related discipline 
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
