Enablement Lead

Our newest role of Enablement Lead cultivates a thriving engineering culture by fostering professional growth for current talent and developing future Tech and Data specialists. This includes strengthening core engineering skills, refining delivery tools and project support, and streamlining engineering operational practices. Crucially, the Enablement Lead ensures synergy across engineering capabilities by implementing effective processes across MAP enabled by project participation and more.

What will your day look like?

This role will be a core pillar in making sure the tech and data capability runs smoothly. The key responsibilities of this role will be split into the below:

Capability Optimization:

•Develop and implement enablement strategies that enhance Technology and Data performance and meet specific goals.

•Tailor enablement programs, tools, and processes to address unique challenges and priorities within the capability.

•Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, driving continues improvement within the team's workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

•Align capability enablement efforts with overarching company strategies and promote T&D services

•Partner with other Enablement Leads to co-create solutions for cross-functional goals, such as improving employee onboarding, process, templates or technology adoption.

•Facilitate collaboration across capability members, ensuring interdependencies are respected and leveraged to achieve client results.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

•Clarify the need for balance between churn, delivery, support, and innovation during hiring and onboarding discussions.

•Work closely with Talent Acquisition Capability to ensure high quality interviewers.

•Drive proposals for training programs and alignment with evolving MAP and Capability needs and strategies while staying close aligned with the Learn & Develop capability

•Drive the evolvement of the Personal Growth Framework and actively participate in defining the roles and crafting job descriptions as well as successful change management.

Training and Development for Technology and Data:

•Develops and delivers training materials, workshops, and learning programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

•Focuses on upskilling teams in specific areas such as Standards, technology, Leadership and WOW.

Knowledge Sharing:

•Promotes collaboration and innovation and foster a growth mindset

•Conduct efforts for Guilds and Communities engagement, adoption and value adding

•Enablement and adoption of principles, best practice and standards

•Secure well informed Capability Leadership team (meeting and written communication)

Metrics and Reporting:

•Tracks the effectiveness of enablement programs by key performance indicators (KPIs) for Business, Technology, Guilds and Communities

Who are you going to work with?

You will join the Tech&Data department and work very closely with the capability leads and managers. This role will be a vital cross collaborative partnership with the rest of the business i.e. our Tech&Data people partner and Talent Acquisition. 

What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for someone with the below experience:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing capability or functional enablement strategies within Technology and/or Data organizations, with measurable business impact.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders, influence without authority, and drive adoption of new processes, standards, and tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking enablement effectiveness, oerformance management metrics and using data (including engagement metrics such as eNPS) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing (e.g., guilds/communities), and a growth mindset culture across teams.
  • Experience with change management
