The opportunity:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Salesforce Platform Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform, utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, Flows, Platform Events and Process Builders. 
  • Order Management Implementation: Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce Order Management (OMS) functionalities, including Order Summaries, Order Orchestration, Fulfillment, Payments, and Returns. 
  • Integration Specialist: Develop and maintain integrations between the Salesforce Platform and other internal/external systems (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Subscription Application, ERP, payment gateways, shipping providers) using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration middleware. 
  • Technical Design & Architecture: Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable Salesforce solutions. 
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. 
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving complex technical issues. 
  • Release Management: Assist with release management processes, including sandbox refreshing, change set deployment, and CI/CD pipeline management.  
    Knowledge of Copado is a Pré. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, proactively recommending new approaches and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Collaboration: Work effectively within Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 

What you’ll be doing:

Technical Proficiency: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. 
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Platform development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Components, Flows, Process Builder, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events). 

Mandatory:  

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integrating Salesforce with external systems. 
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. 
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies (VS Code, SFDX, Git, CI/CD). 

Analytical & Problem-Solving: 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

Communication & Collaboration: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

Certifications (One or more of the following are highly preferred): 

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I - Preferred 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) – nice to have
