Are you skilled at optimizing processes and can you lead a dedicated team within Marketing Operations? Are you trusting and collaborative, and can you drive efficiencies and quality in an international and fast-paced environment? If so, you might be the new Operations Manager we are looking for in our Copenhagen office!  

What will your day look like? 

As our new Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, managing one or more client teams. You will develop, motivate and support a local delivery team while ensuring efficiency and quality across all operational processes.  

More specifically, your tasks include:  

• Managing daily operational processes and collaboration 

• Allocating resources effectively and optimizing operational efficiency 

• Developing and implementing standardized and simple workflows  

• Monitoring KPIs and reporting on performance. 

• People and team management as well as talent development  

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, as this role is key to maintaining our high standards and supporting our growth. 

Who are you going to work with?   

You will join a group of 10 managers locally, as well as collaborate with managers in our other offices in Toronto, Bangkok and San Jose. As we operate in a global environment with clients covering multiple time zones, we expect you to be flexible and communicative with a can-do attitude.   

You will lead and develop a cross-functional team of approx. 10 employees, fostering a motivating, collaborative and high-performing environment. You will also work closely with other in-house departments to ensure seamless collaboration across our value chain.  

What do you bring to the table?   

As a person, you are passionate about people, yet brilliant in structure. You are result-oriented and proactive, yet trusting and patient with your teammates. We're looking for an emerging leader with potential, who has already demonstrated the ability to develop others, while still drives improvements and setting clear expectations – not necessarily extensive management tenure. 

In addition, you have:   

• A relevant higher education degree within marketing, management, communications, finance or a related field 

• Experience within team leadership, people management, project management or talent development 

•  A track record in process optimization or structural streamlining 

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach 

• Stellar communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken 

• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused 

• Experience within Marketing Operations or Supply Chain Management Principles is a plus
