Then you might be the Campaign Specialist we’re looking for in our new Costa Rica office!

What will your day look like?

As this is an entry-level role, we will provide you with the necessary training and tools to enable you to succeed. Armed with this new knowledge, you will learn how to be responsible for:

• Creating e-mails using standard templates
• Ensure personalisation and subject lines align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences
• Manage and maintain email marketing calendars, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of campaigns
• Quality checking your work to ensure error-free campaigns
• Monitor email deliverability and compliance with email marketing regulations to maintain a strong sender reputation
• Sending out campaigns via email, push notifications and SMS
• Creating workflows and target group criteria in our marketing platforms
• Liaising with specialty teams and Solution Experts as required to ensure optimized emails are sent to clients

What will you bring to the table?

• You are proactive and eager to learn about digital marketing and marketing platforms
• You have completed Post Secondary education in Marketing, Communications or related field
• You are eager to learn how to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or Braze and would even like to become a certified user
• You wish to work in routine repetitive and complex tasks
• You have strong communication skills in English
