Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Partner, where your expertise in consultant-led recruiting, stakeholder management, and talent advisory will directly drive our ability to innovate and deliver cutting-edge solutions for global brands.

What will your day look like?
As a Talent Partner, your role is highly strategic, consultative, and delivery-focused. You will act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers and business leaders across Copenhagen, London, and our wider global network. At VML MAP, we look for talent across client-facing, strategic, and creative functions, alongside product, tech, and data specialisms, with a heavy focus on marketing automation.
You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for creative and client service hiring, from taking detailed briefs and advising managers on market realities, to leveraging talent insights that guide hiring conversations and delivering high-caliber candidate pipelines.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead Strategic Briefings: Lead intake/briefing sessions with hiring managers, challenging assumptions where necessary, advising on market trends, and aligning on candidate profiles and assessment strategies.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Use talent market insights, competitor analysis, and recruitment data to guide and influence hiring managers’ expectations, salary benchmarking, and hiring decisions.
- Drive Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute sophisticated multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier, passive technical and non-technical talent.
- Manage the End-to-End Process: Own the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring high-quality screening, facilitating calibration sessions with stakeholders, and managing the offer negotiation and closing stages.
- Elevate the Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Champion a seamless, professional, and inclusive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring transparency, feedback, and engagement at every touchpoint.
- Optimize ATS & Reporting: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to track pipeline health, drive data integrity, and generate reporting that offers clear visibility to business leaders.

You'll join our collaborative and supportive Talent Acquisition team within VML MAP. Working alongside experienced recruitment and HR professionals split across Copenhagen and London, you will operate with high autonomy while contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. What do you bring to the table?
You are a consultative, proactive, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional. You possess the confidence to manage senior stakeholders, the data-savviness to guide hiring conversations, and a deep understanding of the tech and digital marketing landscape.
More specifically, you have:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a full-lifecycle Talent Partner, Executive Search, or Senior Consultant role, preferably within a fast-paced agency, tech, or creative agency environment.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Proven experience partnering with, influencing, and guiding hiring managers, with the ability to lead briefing sessions and consultatively manage expectations.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to leverage talent market insights, salary data, and recruiting metrics to advise business leaders and optimize hiring strategies.
- Technical Recruitment Expertise: A strong background in hiring for technical, product, and digital marketing roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Marketing Automation Specialists, Product Managers, Data Scientists).
- Advanced Sourcing Skills: Mastery of proactive sourcing techniques (including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray searching, and talent mapping) to engage passive talent.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of closing high-quality candidates.
- ATS Expertise: High proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse, and a strong commitment to data-driven recruiting.
