Partner Sales Director - MaraTech

SUMMARY

As the Partner Sales Director at MaraTech, you will be responsible for driving partner-sourced revenue by identifying, recruiting, and managing key partners through MaraTech’s innovative sustainable cooling solutions. You will lead partner engagement, oversee the onboarding of new partners, and support existing partnerships to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities for MaraTech technologies. In this role, you will also scale the partner sales team, expanding MaraTech’s channel partner ecosystem. Your performance will be measured by partner-sourced revenue, new partner recruitment, and successful execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Partner Recruitment and Development:
    You will identify, recruit, and onboard partners that drive significant pipeline and revenue growth for MaraTech, while developing a scalable strategy to grow the partner sales team.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives:
    Collaborate with partners to design and implement co-marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness, demand, and revenue.
  • Partner Enablement:
    Ensure that partners are fully trained and certified on MaraTech’s solutions, empowering them to effectively sell and support MaraTech's products.
  • GTM Strategy Execution:
    Work with partners to co-develop and operationalize unique go-to-market strategies that align with MaraTech’s business objectives.
  • Partner Account Management:
    Provide outstanding account management to ensure long-term success, fostering strong relationships and helping partners achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Partner Evangelism:
    Promote MaraTech’s value proposition within the partner ecosystem to drive engagement, mindshare, and commitment to MaraTech’s solutions.
  • Scaling the Partner Team:
    Lead the expansion of the partner sales team by hiring and developing talent to meet the growing needs of MaraTech’s partner ecosystem.

Your focus will be on building a high-performance partner sales team, fostering innovative partnerships, and generating new revenue opportunities. Qualifications for Partner Sales Director - MaraTech:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, engineering, environmental science, management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management roles, ideally within the technology, renewable energy, or related industries such as clean technology or energy efficiency.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships, with the ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems.

    Strong ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively with partners.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    Skilled at assessing market demand, conducting feasibility studies, and positioning MaraTech’s solutions to maintain competitive advantage.

    Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    Ability to work across various teams (engineering, legal, operations, and finance) to support partner-driven sales and business development initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:
    A passion for innovation, sustainability, and delivering impactful solutions, with the drive to take initiative and create value.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to align with company goals, think critically, and support MaraTech’s mission of leading sustainable cooling technologies.

Additional Requirements:

Strong industry knowledge related to technology, renewable energy, or sustainability to support MARA Utilities and Energy Harvesting initiatives.
