Repair Technician

At MARA, we are building a high-performance team to manage and maintain our fleet of 200k+ miners. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be integral in troubleshooting and repairing mining equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our mission is to rapidly repair and deploy miners, ensuring a seamless turnaround and keeping our fleet running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize a repair facility to support efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory and logistics, ensuring all necessary parts and tools are available.
• Troubleshoot and repair mining hardware (including miners, PCBs, hashboards, and control boards).
• Conduct occasional travel to mining sites to perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
• Represent MARA at events, training sessions, and functions as needed.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of fleet maintenance.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet goals and repair targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using a multimeter to diagnose electrical issues.
• Experience in lead and non-lead soldering, particularly with motherboards, hashboards, and control boards.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing PCBs and ASIC miners.
• (Bonus) Ant College Certification (preferred but not required).
• (Bonus) Experience with TTL debugging.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of ASIC repair.
• (Bonus) Background in electrical engineering.
