Summary: 

MARA is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be responsible for the management, security, and administration of our internal technology systems. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide comprehensive technical support and system administration while working with various IT systems, managing hardware and software for end users and troubleshooting IT issues.

· Provide first and second-level support for end-users, including hardware, software, and peripherals 

· Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity 

· Respond to IT support tickets via support portal, email, or phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. 

· Microsoft 365 administration 

o User management, licensing, and security settings 

o Exchange administration 

o Teams administration 

o Copilot administration 

o PowerShell scripting 

· IAM administration – Okta and Entra ID 

· Mobile Device Management – Kandji and Intune 

· Jira and JSM administration 

· Backup Administration – Oversee backup systems and disaster recovery procedures 

· Provide exceptional troubleshooting and break/fix support, delivering outstanding service. 

· Maintain documentation of all technical systems and procedures 

· Manage IT assets and hardware lifecycle 

· Setup new users, devices, software, and systems access for new employees 

· Provide guidance and training to users on technology tools, security protocols, and best practices 

· Assist users in maximizing productivity by educating them on software features and troubleshooting basic issues 

· Create and update technical documentation, including support guides, FAQs, and workflow diagrams 

· Assist in compliance initiatives to ensure the company remains audit-ready and secure. 

· Collaborate with InfoSec to modify system configurations, enhancing overall security posture. 

· VM provisioning in 365, AWS, and on premise 

· Administering physical and virtual network and VPN environments 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

· 3+ years of IT systems administration experience at two prior companies of similar size and scale 

· Demonstrated prior experience managing a M365 environment with Okta integration 

· Experience using and managing JSM or similar ITSM 

· Experience with backup and recovery systems 

· Strong documentation and communication skills 

· Understanding of advanced domain and DNS security principles
