As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and collaborative Senior Art Director to help shape the visual voice of Margaux across channels—from product storytelling and campaigns to digital and in-store experiences.

About the Role

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the development of visual concepts and campaigns that bring our story to life—from product imagery to social content and brand moments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help to define the creative vision, direct shoots, and design across multiple mediums. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to shape a brand that’s thoughtful, bold, and beautifully executed.

What You’ll Do

  • Help to define the visual direction of our brand across every touchpoint—from product launches to brand campaigns, ecomm and social digital assets, and everything in between.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that elevate our brand and drive business goals, in partnership with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Support the creation of brand and marketing materials that maintain brand consistency and elevate the customer experience (lookbooks, product launches, product and still life imagery, and other campaign materials).
  • Create scalable systems and guidelines to ensure visual consistency across channels and teams.
  • Lead photo and video shoots from concept to execution.
  • Be a strategic partner in shaping how the world experiences our brand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Have 7–10 years of experience in brand, campaign, or product-focused visual design roles, ideally at a design-forward or consumer-facing company.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of art direction, digital storytelling, and brand identity.
  • Are fluent in both conceptual thinking and execution—you can dream big, and also bring it to life beautifully.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Videography and video editing skills a plus
  • Thrive in fast-paced, nimble environments and love working cross-functionally.
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and visual storytelling, with an eye for style and trend.

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
