About the Role

Margaux is seeking a thoughtful and highly organized Customer Experience Associate to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. Working closely with the CX team, you will support customers throughout their shopping journey, delivering warm, personalized service across email and chat.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in creating a seamless, detail-oriented experience. There will also be opportunities to flex up hours during key moments in the business, including major sales and seasonal peaks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting customers throughout their shopping journey
  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including:
      – Product recommendations and sizing guidance
      – Order placement and status updates
      – Returns and exchanges
      – Shipping issue resolution
  • Master all operational procedures to ensure efficient and accurate support
  • Build a strong understanding of our products and operations to provide informed, thoughtful assistance

It would be ideal if you have:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service
  • Retail experience, with a strong sense of customer care
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar platforms

Availability

This is a part-time, remote role (~25 hours per week). We are ideally seeking someone available to work weekdays from approximately 9am–2pm ET, with a consistent and dependable schedule.

There may be opportunities to flex up hours during key moments in the business, including major sales and seasonal peaks.

Pay Range

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
