The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. This position will be based in our Singapore office.

Position Summary:

The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Associate will be a key partner in supporting Dalio Family Office’s growing Singapore team. Reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role oversees global mobility, employment pass processes, and ensures compliance with labor and tax regulations. The Associate manages full-cycle recruitment, collaborates with managers and the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract and secure top talent, and is responsible for interview and onboarding logistics. They will drive improvements to scheduling workflows, enhance candidate and employee experience, while also contributing to the regional summer internship program. Cross-functional collaboration and support for HR initiatives are essential.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Champion the candidate experience by ensuring a streamlined hiring process.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment with sourcing, interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Partner with managers to evaluate job descriptions and recommend salary grades, offers, and annual increases.
  • Work with regional offices and HR, legal, tax, and finance teams to ensure compliance with international labor and tax regulations.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to define recruitment strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate sourcing channels and build partnerships that enhance diverse, high‑quality talent pipeline, coordinating with vendors and government entities when appropriate.
  • Support onboarding and co-facilitate orientation for a seamless new‑hire transition.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, employment laws, and industry best practices to maintain compliance and effective hiring strategies.
  • Support global mobility and employment pass processes, including relocation logistics and Singapore visa/immigration requirements.
  • Manage the regional summer internship program with regional offices.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives, ad‑hoc projects, reporting, and HR/business operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following professional qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources
  • At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on ATS management (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience with creating an impactful candidate and employee experience   
  • Experience supporting multiple projects and workstreams while creating best practices   
  • Working knowledge, understanding and practical application of employment laws and HR practices as they pertain to hiring and onboarding   
  • Flexibility to participate in meetings working with a global team on occasion
