Position Summary:

The Systems Integration & AI Automation Specialist will serve as a key individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide integrations and automation solutions within our Microsoft-centric technology ecosystem. This role will champion the adoption of modern automation practices, streamline cross‑system workflows, and operationalize AI capabilities to enable smarter, more efficient business processes. Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience working across complex technical environments, with a strong aptitude for solving multifaceted problems, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, and collaborating with diverse global teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:

  • Systems Integration
    • Improve interoperability across Microsoft 365, Salesforce and other enterprise SaaS solutions.
    • Identify and resolve data silos, workflow fragmentation, and integration bottlenecks.
    • Collaborate with global IT teams to unify identity, access, and data governance.
  •  Automation & Operational Efficiency
    • Partner with business units (Finance, HR, etc.) to identify and automate manual workflows.
    • Evaluate and deploy automation tools such as PowerAutomate, Zapier, or other fit-for-purpose platforms.
    • Build and maintain automation dashboards to track performance and impact.
  • AI Enablement
    • Design and deploy custom GPTs, Copilot extensions, and intelligent agents to enhance productivity.
    • Identify high-impact use cases for AI across departments and lead implementation efforts.
    • Ensure responsible AI usage in alignment with company policies and global privacy standards.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT systems integration, automation, or AI development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Software, Computer, or Electrical), Data Science, Business Information Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
  • Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include:
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
    • Low-code/no-code platform certifications (e.g., PowerAutomate, Zapier)

Compensation:

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $130,000-195,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.
