Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO), The Senior Human Resources Project Manager will play a critical role within the HR pillar. The Sr. HR Project Manager will be responsible for driving complex HR initiatives and managing projects that span the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role requires an experienced senior HR generalist familiar with a variety of HR disciplines, with extensive experience in project management, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic solutions that support organizational goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:

Project Oversight & Governance 

  • Establish and enforce project management standards across HR initiatives 
  • Track and monitor progress of projects led by HR team members and cross-functional partners 
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; proactively drive mitigation plans 
  • Ensure alignment of projects with HR strategy and organizational priorities 
  • Provide regular, structured updates to the CHRO on progress, risks, and outcomes 

Direct Project Ownership 

  • Independently lead and execute high-priority HR projects from concept through completion 
  • Develop project plans, timelines, stakeholder communication strategies, and success metrics 
  • Drive execution, problem-solving, and decision-making to ensure timely delivery 
  • Operate as a “doer” when needed—building materials, analyzing data, and implementing solutions 

Global Mobility Execution & Coordination 

  • Manage end-to-end operational processes related to global mobility, including relocations, transfers, and assignments 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Talent, Payroll, Legal) and external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation providers) 
  • Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and timely execution of all mobility activities 
  • Monitor compliance with immigration, tax, and employment requirements in partnership with subject matter experts 
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for mobility-related activities, ensuring visibility and alignment with broader HR priorities 

Strategic Support to the CHRO 

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CHRO 
  • Surface insights, themes, and potential issues early, with recommended actions 
  • Prepare materials, briefings, and communications for leadership meetings and key initiatives 
  • Support prioritization of initiatives and ensure focus on highest-impact work 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Partner with HR leaders (e.g., Talent, Total Rewards, Sr. HR Director) to ensure coordinated execution 
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and remove silos in project delivery 
  • Interface with other functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations) as needed for project success 
  • Ensure global mobility activities are effectively integrated into broader HR and business operations 
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Working knowledge of global mobility processes, including relocation logistics, immigration coordination, and compliance considerations

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with broad experience across multiple areas of HR 
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects 
  • Hands-on experience supporting or managing global mobility processes (operational execution, vendor coordination, compliance tracking) 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
  • Ability to lead AI initiatives, to develop pillar efficiencies 
  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, HR PMO, or strategic HR role preferred
  • Experience utilizing a project management platform such as Monday.com or ASANA.
  • Comfortability utilizing SharePoint and other programs to streamline communications. 

 

Compensation:

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $200,000 -$260,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.
