Position Summary:
The DFO is seeking an experienced and savvy Senior (FinTech) Recruiting Associate to manage and operate our FinTech search portfolio. This role will require flexibility to work international hours based out of our U.S. offices and support the entirety of our FinTech based needs. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiting Associate who thinks in terms of pipelines not requisitions, building a pipeline of talent through our various networks, and prepared to address our growing business needs thoughtfully – holding compliance and governance in the highest regard. The Senior Recruiting Associate should have a crisp understanding of what engineers and tech professionals are looking for, and can effectively speak their language to identify the best talent globally.
Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:
- Full-cycle ownership — manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
- Hiring manager partnership — conduct structured intake sessions, set search strategy, calibrate on candidate profiles, and provides market intelligence to align expectations.
- Sourcing strategy — build proactive pipelines through direct outreach and Boolean search
- Agency management – collaborate effectively, autonomously, and thoughtfully with agency partnerships, bearing in mind key strategies and industry standards.
- Candidate experience — deliver consistent, high-quality experience at every touchpoint; represent the company with professionalism and transparency.
- Data & reporting — track and own recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) and use data to improve
- Compliance & process integrity — ensure all hiring activities adhere to employment law, EEO requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Offer management — construct competitive, legally sound offers; negotiate with candidates using market data and internal compensation frameworks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college or university
- At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years inside a fintech, financial services, or highly regulated technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to hire for technical roles (software engineering, data, infrastructure) and business-critical roles (compliance, risk, finance, operations).
- Proficiency with an enterprise ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Track record of managing 15–25+ open requisitions simultaneously with measurable outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process where it doesn't exist.
- Approximately 10% domestic and/or international travel annually
- Ability to work non-standard US business hours, to accommodate international searches strategically
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law, EEOC standards, and offer/compensation compliance
- Interest, or ideally experience managing international searches
- Experience contributing to compensation benchmarking using Radford, or similar platforms
- Prior involvement in building or refining structured interview frameworks (e.g., STAR, behavioral competency grids)
- Employer branding or talent marketing experience (LinkedIn content, job fair representation, university relations)
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR/talent certification
Compensation:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $140,000 - $225,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including paid time off ranging from 15 to 25 days based on years of service, paid sick and safe leave, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid parental time off, birth mother recovery pay, sick family member pay, parental ramp back up program, gym reimbursement and generous employer match for 401k.
