Job Overview
ATMU is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Planner to support its procurement and supply chain operations.
This position will oversee customer order management, supply and production planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, and transportation logistics. The Supply Chain Planner will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to balance supply and demand, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, monitor order progress, and promptly address changes, delays, or fulfillment issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm material availability, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on supplier delays, shortages, and quality concerns to minimize disruption to customer orders and internal operations.
- Develop and monitor production and material plans based on customer demand, inventory levels, and supplier lead times.
- Track production progress and work with internal teams to identify and resolve material constraints, scheduling conflicts, and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels to reduce the risk of stockouts, excess inventory, and unnecessary carrying costs.
- Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics activities to support on-time delivery while controlling freight and transportation expenses.
- Maintain accurate order, inventory, supplier, and shipment information in the company’s ERP system.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and other internal teams to align supply chain activities with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, supplier coordination, inventory management, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Planning, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain or inventory management processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on open items, and respond effectively to changing business needs.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, order management, logistics, or a related function.
- Experience supporting the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
- Hands-on experience using ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, purchasing, or shipment information.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, customers, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
