Role Overview
Location: Mountain View, CA (Full-time in-office)
ID.me is seeking a strategic and impact-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption, transactions, and retention across our ecosystem. You’ll own strategy and execution across key paid and organic channels — including social, influencers, digital/programmatic, SEM, and emerging platforms — managing budgets, optimizing performance, and translating insights into scalable growth frameworks.
This role blends analytical rigor with creative intuition — uncovering insights and delivering high-performing, full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable growth. Partnering closely with Data Science, Product, and Creative teams, you’ll test new ideas, refine audience strategies, and uncover opportunities to improve conversion and lifetime value at every stage of the customer journey.
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and storytelling. You’ll lead innovation in AI-powered marketing automation, experimentation, and optimization frameworks, driving continuous learning and performance improvement. Success will be measured by tangible business outcomes — including installs, transactions, revenue growth, CAC efficiency, ROAS, and incremental lift — ensuring every campaign contributes to meaningful, measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
 - Launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, digital partnerships, influencers) —from awareness to conversion—in partnership with PMM, Product, Design, Data Science, and external partners.
 - Develop, test, and iterate creatives, copy, targeting, CTA, landing pages, and conversion flows to improve overall funnel performance.
 - Project-manage end-to-end campaign development, from concept through launch and optimization.
 - Analytics, Optimization & Experimentation
 - Manage full-funnel performance metrics—from reach and engagement to LTV and CAC—to identify opportunities that drive efficiency and scalable growth.
 - Lead growth experiments and A/B tests—defining hypotheses, building measurement frameworks, analyzing results, and scaling winning strategies.
 - Collaborate with Data Science to enhance LTV modeling, predictive bidding, and cross-channel analytics, translating insights into actionable optimizations.
 - Automation & AI-Driven Systems
 - Build and refine growth tooling, automation systems, and optimization algorithms in partnership with Engineering and Data Science.
 - Partner with Design to develop AI-first creative systems that accelerate experimentation and deliver breakthrough performance across channels.
 - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
 - Work closely with PMM, Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to align campaign strategies with business goals and deliver a cohesive user experience.
 - Influence cross-functional roadmaps by bringing forward insights, trends, and opportunities that shape ID.me’s paid media and growth strategy.

Qualifications

 - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, MarTech, Design, and Data Science teams.
 - Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and campaign optimization.

 - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
