We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support Technician. The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties. Work can also occasionally include installation of network and camera cabling, installing wired/wireless networks, security camera systems, phone systems, and door access systems.
You are expected to display good interpersonal skills as you will interact with clients from various departments and executive levels. You listen to their technical needs, understand their problems and implement solutions for them.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
- Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
- Establishing good relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call.
- Assisting with installation of Ethernet and Coaxial cabling as well as various network or security systems.

Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work comfortably on a ladder.
- Ability to work in the office M-F
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed and respond to emergencies outside of normal working hours. While this doesn’t happen often it is necessary at times.

- Google Workspace for Business
- Microsoft Windows Desktop Environment.
- Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
- Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Environment.
- Office 365 Admin Portal/Azure Active Directory/Entra Portal
- Exchange Server
- VoIP Phone Systems and SIP Trunks.
- IP and Coaxial Security Camera Systems.
Salary & Benefits: Compensation is $45-55k depending on experience plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) retirement plan (employee-funded) .
