  • Licensing: The candidate must possess a valid and current Armed Guard Card.

  • Experience: The candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

    • Prior Military service (Honorable Discharge).

    • Prior Law Enforcement experience.

    • A minimum of two (2) years of documented experience as a licensed Armed Guard.

  • Age: The candidate must be at least 25 years of age (this is required for insurance and compliance purposes).

  • Documentation: The candidate must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record.

 

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security operations and a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to potential threats.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
  • Respond swiftly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminal activity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Document and report incidents or security breaches in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
  • Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.

Required Skills:

  • Possession of a valid and current Armed Guard Card.
  • Honorable discharge from Military service, prior Law Enforcement experience, or a minimum of two (2) years of documented experience as a licensed Armed Guard.
  • Minimum age of 25 years (required for insurance and compliance purposes).
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong observational and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure.
