  • Support complex incident investigations, including reviewing video surveillance footage, access control history logs, and written reports; ensure timely, accurate documentation and case follow-up.
  • Review daily incident reports in TrackTik (or similar platform), proofread and correct them, and ensure all reports are fully completed and approved.
  • Conduct regular property tours (at least one per property per day, with increased in-person visibility at key sites each week) to stay current on field conditions and officer performance.
  • Oversee inventory and readiness of all security equipment, including radios, uniforms, keys, flashlights, and technology; order and deploy replacements as needed.
  • Provide support for fire drills, system integrity tests, penetration tests, and other life safety exercises.

  • Maintain the master schedule of open posts; coordinate recruiting needs and communicate staffing gaps to HR for action.
  • Update and process all Time Off Requests, ensuring schedule coverage and proper documentation for HR.
  • Attend and lead all required operations and staff meetings (weekly operations calls, bi-weekly in-person staff meetings, quarterly supervisor/dispatcher meetings).
  • Prepare and present weekly summaries of operations, key activities, incidents, staffing changes, equipment/technology updates, site needs, and training status.
  • Publish and distribute weekly schedules at least two weeks in advance, communicating changes clearly to all officers.
  • Maintain and share an updated weekly accountability/coverage spreadsheet for management and field teams.
  • Regularly report to Property Management on incident trends, investigations, and overall security and life safety performance.

Liaison & Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary liaison between Property Management and security provider leadership, communicating status, needs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain strong tenant and client relationships by routinely engaging with stakeholders, responding to concerns, and proactively identifying service improvements.

People Leadership & Training

  • Lead, coach, and develop assistant leaders, supervisors, dispatchers, and line officers to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Manage all staff communications and disciplinary actions for assigned sites, partnering with Operations and HR on corrective and performance actions.

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
