Inside Sales Associate - Q1 2025

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting leads into clients. Your experience with residential real estate will be invaluable as you connect with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process. You will work closely with our team of top-producing agents to provide exceptional customer service and help clients navigate the home buying and selling journey with confidence.

In this role, you will:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming leads

- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up

- Qualify leads and set appointments for our team of agents

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your sales skills

We are looking for someone who is:

- A natural salesperson with a proven track record of success

- Has residential real estate experience

- Has an active real estate license or is willing to become licensed

- Full-time availability: Hours worked may vary between 40 to 50 hours per week in order to meet goals. Our hours of operation are 7 days a week, 8:30 AM EST – 9:30 PM EST.

- Highly motivated and goal-oriented

- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
