Senior Demand Generation Manager - EU/UK
We’re seeking a high-energy Head of Demand Generation to lead marketing efforts across the UK and selected strategic markets in Europe. In this strategic role, you’ll design and run integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our commercial and enterprise sales teams.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and external media partners to execute full-funnel programs across events, digital advertising, and outbound nurture campaigns. The ideal candidate understands how to tailor demand strategies to specific country-level nuances and how to activate prospect data and campaign insights across the funnel.
We encourage a flexible working style, and the team is typically in the office a few days each week in our London office. We'd love for you to join us!
The Impact You'll Have
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated demand generation campaigns across the UK and priority European markets.
- Own campaign strategy for events, paid media, media partnerships, email, and outbound prospecting support.
- Analyse campaign and channel performance to drive insights, continuously improve conversion, and influence future strategy.
- Constantly test, iterate, and share performance insights.
Who You Are
- 8 years’ experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing role
- Proven track record delivering pipeline through integrated programs in the UK and key European markets
- Deep understanding of demand strategy across paid media, events, and outbound marketing support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo or a similar automation platform
- Strong analytical and testing mindset with an innate ability to interpret marketing data, share performance results, and influence action across a cross-functional team
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or embedded payments.
- Familiarity with platforms like Demandbase, Google Ads, GA4
