How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at MarqVision, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients and setting them up for long-term success. You will work closely with brand owners, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Executives (AEs), Brand Protection Specialists, (BPS) and internal teams to understand client requirements, manage the onboarding process, and deliver a seamless experience.

 

What you’ll Achieve

  • Collaborate with clients and CSMs to collect and review required documentation, including IP Rights and legal materials.
  • Manage the technical setup of new customers on MarqVision’s platform, ensuring proper configuration and accuracy.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, including hosting activation calls to clarify processes and address questions.
  • Document best practices and create guides to streamline onboarding workflows for future use.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing detailed reports, managing data entry, and ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Identify potential challenges during onboarding and proactively resolve them with the support of internal teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project timelines.
  • Support CSMs with project handovers by preparing ad-hoc reports, customer-facing material and ensuring milestones are documented.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Product and Operations team, to improve the customer experience and optimize onboarding processes.

 

Skills You'll Need to Bring

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: onboarding, intellectual property rights management, paralegal work
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to effectively communicate and foster trust with clients. with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with IP rights, legal documents, or online brand protection.
  • Resilience and Reliability: Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and a positive attitude over time.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working across diverse teams and are comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Our Compensation and Benefits (For U.S. Residents Only)

MarqVision provides a competitive benefits package, including equity opportunities, health benefits, and other perks designed to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. For roles based in United States, the estimated range for Base Salary for this role is $70,000-$100,000.
