How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

At MarqVision, we are scaling at hypergrowth speed, doubling our business year over year, which makes Talent Acquisition one of the most critical levers of success. Our Director of Talent Acquisition will not only drive hiring across the full lifecycle but also raise the talent bar every day, ensuring that we bring in exceptional individuals who will push our company forward.

This role goes beyond filling positions; it requires structured problem-solving and disciplined execution to build scalable talent acquisition processes, strengthen employer branding, and elevate the candidate experience globally. Partnering closely with our Global Head of People and business leaders, this leader will design and execute the strategies that enable MarqVision to attract and hire world-class talent continuously.

 

What You’ll Achieve

  • Lead the full lifecycle talent acquisition strategy, partnering with dedicated TA managers to drive MarqVision’s next phase of growth.
  • Partner with global and regional leadership to translate business needs into structured recruiting strategies.
  • Structure and solve complex recruiting challenges by building scalable processes and applying structured problem-solving to raise efficiency, quality, and talent density.
  • Empower the TA team to deliver strong outcomes across the entire recruiting process, driving performance, achieving key metrics, and ensuring structured, fair, and bar-raising assessments.
  • Drive data-driven sourcing and global executive hiring, while maintaining a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates.
  • Coach and mentor hiring managers and the TA team to elevate interview quality and foster a culture of high performance.
  • Drive MarqVision’s employer branding efforts, positioning us as a top destination for top talents through impactful candidate storytelling, digital presence, and partnerships.
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring thoughtful and timely communication throughout the process.

 

Who You'll Need to Bring

  • Native fluency in both Korean and English, along with outstanding written and verbal communication sklls.
  • 8+ years of experience with total recruiting/talent acquisition experience with 5+ years of experience at high scaling tech startups.
  • Experience recruiting at all levels, preferably in a global capacity within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Ambitious, efficient, and focused under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Extensive experience utilizing ATS to its fullest potential (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and other similar platforms).
  • Experience in building and managing a global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Proven ability to adopt and apply AI-driven recruiting tools is a plus.
