How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision - Team Lead, Talent Acquisition
Our Team Lead, Talent Acquisition takes ownership across the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing (including owning agency support where applicable), managing the full candidate pipeline, leverage and building our employer branding efforts in the region, along with owning the entire candidate experience. This individual will work closely with our Global Head of People in setting our Global Talent Acquisition strategy to successfully scale our organization. This role will manage our Senior TA in Korea.
What You’ll Achieve
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand each team’s requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
- Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate pool
- Identify creative and strategic ways to source world class talent
- Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates to narrow down candidate pipeline
- Utilizing our interview framework to assess a candidate’s ability to thrive at MarqVision
- Build immediate rapport and foster lasting relationships with both active and passive candidates
- Share best practices and effective interviewing techniques with managers and actively coach interviewers
- Build an effective network of internal and external resources to call on as needed
- Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
- Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our entire recruitment process
Who You'll Need to Bring
- Native Fluency of both Korean and English is ideal
- 8+ years experience with total recruiting experience with 5+ years of experience at high scaling tech start-ups
- Experience recruiting at all levels, preferably in a global capacity within the B2B SaaS industry
- Ambitious, efficient and focused under tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines and timezones
- Extensive experience utilizing an ATS to its fullest potential
- Experience building and managing a world-class global Recruiting team
- B2B SaaS industry experience with recruiting experience across Sales, Operations, PM, Engineering, G&A, Customer Success, Marketing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Remote working experience in a technology startup
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Familiar with various collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Slack, Notion, etc.
