How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

With our product already making waves, our next big focus is going up market and fueling profitable growth. We’re building out our growth team in Europe to make that happen. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth marketing, you’ll work closely with our marketing leadership to accelerate our growth trajectory. Your mission? Take our current marketing channels (with special prioritization around events) to the next level to spearhead customer acquisition in Europe (starting with the UK and France). This role offers tremendous career growth and direct visibility with our executive leadership. Initially, you’ll be a key individual contributor, laying down the foundation for our growth engine, but over time you’ll build out our marketing presence in EMEA. What You’ll Achieve  

In the first 3–6 months, you’ll:

  • Build our event strategy for key conferences and customer meetups in EMEA, working cross-functionally with our sales and customer success team to deliver on outreach, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Localize our GTM playbook from top priority landing pages and paid ads to email flows, messaging, and creative.
  • Define the problem to solve in your market with precision and no fluff. Craft customer-led messaging and value props that reflect the pain points of European brand, legal, and e-commerce leaders.
  • Map our ICP in key countries: industry, title, pain, budget, competition.
  • Work with our global growth operations team to set up our outbound engine (CRM workflows, lead scoring, campaign automation).

 

Phase 2: After identifying successful strategies, the next phase will involve scaling those initiatives. This is where you’ll transition into a full execution mode, focusing on:

  • Turn early wins into repeatable plays: create playbooks, track KPIs, and share learnings (especially from offline events) with global teammates.
  • Build out campaign and creative briefs for Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns: case studies, regional offers, and events.
  • Experiment with localized newsletters, referral programs, video content, and post-event drip workflows.
  • Continue refining messaging and offers as the market evolves—you’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground.

 

Skills You’ll Need to Bring 

  • You bring over 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, etc.)
  • You bring over two years of expertise in planning and executing events, with a strong focus on crafting impactful, memorable experiences for customers
  • You have experience sourcing/producing localized content to fit market needs (i.e. sourcing case studies, blog articles, etc.)
  • You have awareness of lifecycle marketing and can actively contribute to building multi-touchpoint campaigns to keep prospects engaged
  • French and English proficiency is a must
  • Knowledge of optimizing for SEO is a big plus
