Content Protection Team Lead는 마크비전 콘텐츠 보호팀의 핵심 리더십으로 게임, 소프트웨어, 엔터테인먼트, 웹툰, 스포츠 중계 등 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠를 글로벌 시장에서 보호하기 위한 운영 전략을 수립하고 리드합니다. 마크비전의 AI 모니터링 솔루션을 통해 불법 콘텐츠의 위협을 빠르게 탐지하고, 고객 요청에 대응하며 데이터 기반의 제재 전략을 설계합니다. 또한 제품개발팀, 법무팀, 영업팀 등 다양한 부서와 협업해 콘텐츠 보호 전략과 지표를 회사의 목표에 맞게 정렬하여 고객의 수익 보호, 리스크 최소화, 브랜드 신뢰도 향상에 직접적으로 기여합니다. 전 세계 5조 규모로 가파르게 성장하고 있는 글로벌 콘텐츠 보호시장에서 만드는 마크비전의 임팩트에 함께하실 분들의 합류를 기다립니다!

 

What You'll Achieve 

• 글로벌 콘텐츠 보호 전략을 세우고, 고객사 별 실질적인 운영 계획을 만들어 KPI로 성과를 체크하고 개선합니다.
• 콘텐츠 보호 전략에 따른 침해자 분석, 탐지, 제재, 보고 등의 프로세스를 관리하며, 데이터 기반 인사이트로 성과를 공유하고 확장 가능한 프로세스를 구축해 조직의 역량을 강화합니다.
• 콘텐츠보호팀의 성과지표를 체계적으로 관리하며 정기적인 피드백으로 팀의 목표 달성 역량을 강화하고 성과 중심의 협업 문화를 만듭니다.
• 불법 복제 동향을 모니터링하고 콘텐츠 산업별 법적·기술적 리스크를 분석해 대응 우선순위를 설정합니다.
• 오퍼레이션 프로세스 상의 글로벌 컴플라이언스를 높은 수준으로 준수하며 관리합니다. 

 

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• 디지털 콘텐츠 보호, 지식재산권(IP) 관리/보호 관련 분야에서 5년 이상 경력을 가지신 분
• 법무, 개발, 영업팀 등 회사내 이해관계자들과 협업을 주도적으로 이끄실 수 있는 분 
• 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 영어실력(Verbal/Written) 으로 국내외 구성원들과의 협업 경험이 있으신 분
• 운영 관점에서 핵심 지표를 설정하고 달성하기 위해 데이터를 기반으로 문제를 분석하고 해결하신 분 
• 뛰어난 리더십으로 팀의 목표를 전사적으로 정렬하여 팀 단위의 임팩트를 만들어보신 분 
• 소셜미디어, 인터넷 서비스 제공자(ISP), 사법기관, 규제기관 등과 협업한 경험이 있으신 분
