How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will be a key enabler in helping MarqVision operate with speed, focus, and clarity. You’ll be at the heart of mission-critical decision-making, managing complex scheduling needs, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the CEO’s time is spent on the highest-leverage priorities. You’ll be a trusted partner—not only to the CEO but also to the broader executive team—helping the company move with urgency while maintaining strategic discipline. Your ability to anticipate needs, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and operate proactively in a dynamic environment will directly impact the success of our leadership team and the broader organization.

 

What You’ll Achieve  

  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and master calendar strategist for the CEO, ensuring time is aligned with top strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate complex and fast-changing schedules across time zones, including internal meetings, external engagements, and investor or partner communications.
  • Support the CEO with comprehensive travel logistics, including international itineraries, meetings, and event prep.
  • Own meeting preparation—from agenda setting to ensuring relevant materials and context are delivered ahead of time.
  • Handle confidential communications and correspondence on behalf of the CEO with the utmost professionalism.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders including investors, partners, and board members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across functions (e.g., People, Legal, Product) to ensure follow-through on strategic initiatives.
  • Plan and support executive-level events, team offsites, and internal communications initiatives.

 

Skills You’ll Need to Bring 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to flexible schedules to support a global executive.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Zoom).

 

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting C-level executives.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or tech companies.
  • Familiarity with investor relations, legal operations, or global business environments.
  • Interest in intellectual property, law, or technology sectors.
