MARQ Folio 팀의 IP Specialist로서, 글로벌 브랜드의 상표 등록 여정을 함께하는 핵심 파트너 역할을 맡게 됩니다. 상표 출원에 대한 전문성과 분석적이면서 고객 중심적인 사고를 바탕으로, 고객이 처음부터 끝까지 등록 절차를 명확하고 안정적으로 진행할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 신뢰할 수 있는 전문가로서 고객의 문의에 빠르게 대응하고, 복잡한 상황에서도 실질적인 해결책을 제시하며, 각 브랜드의 니즈에 맞춘 최적의 솔루션을 제공합니다. 이 포지션은 인바운드 고객의 관심을 실제 등록과 장기적 파트너십으로 전환함으로써, 회사의 성장에 직접적인 기여를 할 수 있는 의미 있는 기회가 될 것입니다.

 

What You’ll Achieve

• 각국 파트너 로펌과 긴밀하게 협력하여 출원, Office Action 대응, 이의신청, 심판 등 전 과정을 리딩합니다.
• 고객사에게 전략적인 상표 출원 방향과 Office Action 대응 방안을 제안하고, 실행 및 결과 보고까지 책임집니다.
• 복잡한 케이스에 대해 법적 리스크를 분석하고, 내부 및 고객에게 법률적 인사이트를 제공합니다.
• 자체 해외 상표출원 플랫폼을 주도적으로 운영하며, 서비스 고도화 및 운영 효율성 개선에 기여합니다.

 

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• 로펌, 특허법인, 특허사무소 등에서 5년 이상의 해외 상표 관련 실무 경험을 보유하신 분
• 상표출원, 거절통지(OA), 이의신청, 무효/취소 심판 등 전반적인 절차에 대한 실전 경험을 보유하신 분
• 고객사 및 해외 대리인과 전문적으로 소통하며 전략을 수립하고 실행한 경험을 보유하신 분
• IP SaaS 기반 프로세스 개선, 문서 자동화, 리포트 고도화 등에 대한 실행력 있는 기획 역량을 보유하신 분

 

Nice to Have

• 복수 국가 출원 전략 수립 및 멀티 리전 프로젝트 경험을 보유하신 분
• 디자인권, 저작권 등 기타 지식재산권에 대한 이해를 보유하신 분
• 글로벌 브랜드 또는 리테일 고객 대응 경험을 보유하신 분
