The mission of the MarqFolio Team
Marq Vision’s MarqFolio Team spearheads the establishment and operation of a groundbreaking product, MarqFolio, with a mission to revolutionize the Intellectual Property(IP) filing and management process. As a startup within a startup, highly specialized professionals - from product managers and IP specialists to sales representatives - work under unwavering commitment to build from 0 to 1. How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
This is a people management role. As a Lead Program Manager for MarqFolio based in Seoul, you will lead the Operations team. This team is composed of IP Specialists and is responsible for providing trademark filing services and nurturing our existing customer base. You will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product Management teams to ensure that you are able to deliver top-tier filing and management services to our customers. You will be a liaison between our customers, Operations team, and Product. You will be responsible for relaying customer feedback for product improvement, and evangelizing new products/features to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in moving quickly, creating clarity from ambiguity, aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes, and turning product innovation into repeatable operational systems.
What You’ll Achieve
- Own and lead the trademark filing processes, ensuring that the customer receives consistent, top-tier service to register and manage their trademarks.
- Own the post-sales customer relationship, starting from the moment a customer signs onto our product.
- Design standardized workflows, SOPs, runbooks, and enablement materials that ensure operational excellence and repeatability.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to co-define strategies for long-term customer retention.
- Monitor team health using data-driven KPIs, identify performance gaps, and continuously refine workflows and rollout strategy.
- Lead stakeholder alignment efforts, ensuring transparency, shared priorities, and predictable execution across teams.
Who You'll Need to Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, or Process Design, ideally in complex or fast-scaling environments.
- Proven ability to design and standardize workflows or service delivery models across teams or customer segments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills; able to influence without authority.
- Ability to structure ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive clarity and alignment.
- Comfortable working with data to evaluate operational efficiency, prioritize, and inform decision-making.
- Experience in the tech industry, regardless of specific business type.
- Fluent in English and Korean, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across global teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience transforming manual workflows into semi- or fully-automated operational systems, including human-in-the-loop strategies.
- Background building playbooks, SOPs, enablement guides, training materials, or governance models.
- Experience with Intellectual Property.
- Experience leading change management and adoption programs across diverse customer or internal stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with marketplace ecosystems, trust & safety programs, risk operations, or SaaS service delivery models.
- Strong facilitation skills to lead working groups, alignment sessions, and decision forums.
