How You’ll Make an Impact at MarqVision
As MarqVision’s global expansion continues to accelerate, the importance of a strong and efficient accounting function has never been greater. The Order-to-Cash Accountant will be a key member of MarqVision’s Finance organization, responsible for supporting the end-to-end contract-to-cash cycle, including customer invoicing, AR oversight, collections, and consolidated revenue recognition across all geographies.
This role will help improve financial operations by supporting DSO reduction, ensuring accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition, and partnering cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role will also participate in MarqVision’s NetSuite ERP implementation and ongoing process improvements. We are looking for someone who is excited about making a meaningful impact in scaling MarqVision’s order-to-cash operations to support our continued global growth, while also gaining significant personal and professional development along the way.
What You'll Achieve
Contract-to-Billing
- Review executed contracts and order forms
- Validate pricing, billing schedules, and payment terms
- Set up customer billing in ERP/billing systems
- Issue invoices and credit memos
Accounts Receivable
- Monitor aging reports
- Follow up on past-due invoices
- Apply customer payments
- Investigate unapplied cash
Revenue Support
- Support ASC 606 reviews
- Reconcile billed vs. recognized revenue
- Track deferred revenue balances
- Assist with revenue close activities
Reporting & Reconciliations
- Reconcile AR subledger to GL
- Prepare month-end journal entries
- Support audits and customer confirmations
- Analyze billing and collection trends
Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–7 years of accounting or AR experience
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated professional with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow a successful accounting career.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of ASC 606 preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and billing platforms preferred.
- Experience with month-end close processes.
- Strong understanding of K-IFRS and U.S. GAAP accounting standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business.

MarqVision provides a competitive benefits package, including equity opportunities, health benefits including 401(K), and other perks designed to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. For roles based in United States, the estimated range for Base Salary for this role is $90,000 - 130,000.
