How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
Brand Protection Team Lead는 급격히 증가하는 디지털 리스크로부터 브랜드의 지식재산권을 보호하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. AI 기반 기술을 통해 위조품, 사칭, 무단 판매 등 복합적인 침해 행위를 정밀하게 분석하고, 각 고객사에 최적화된 보호 전략을 제시하여 기업의 브랜드 가치를 공고히 합니다. AI Agent 기술의 고도화와 실질적인 가치 창출에 기여하며, 기술과 전문성을 결합한 브랜드 보호의 새로운 미래를 함께 만들어 나갑니다.
What You’ll Achieve
- 소비재 산업군 등 각 제품의 산업군, 온라인 유통 구조에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 고객사의 요청에 대해 전략적으로 대응합니다.
- 글로벌 지식재산권 보호 추세, 각 국가의 온라인 유통 구조 변화를 선제적으로 파악하고 최적화된 브랜드 보호 정책 및 절차를 최신화합니다.
- 체계적인 데이터 기반의 소통을 진행하며 AI Agent를 활용한 업무 자동화 및 효율화를 주도합니다.
- 팀의 실적 지표를 상시 모니터링하고 팀원의 역량 개발과 인사 관리를 체계적으로 수행하여 조직의 운영 목표를 안정적으로 달성합니다.
Skills You’ll Need to Bring
- 브랜드 보호 및 유관 분야에서 5년 이상의 업무 경력을 보유하신 분
- 비즈니스 수준의 영어 또는 협상 및 전문적인 커뮤니케이션이 능통하신 분
- 소비재 산업군 등 각 제품의 산업군, 또는 유통 관련 경력을 보유하신 분
- AI Agent 또는 체계적인 운영 솔루션에 대한 경험을 바탕으로 AI Agent 기술의 상용화 또는 서비스 고도화 프로젝트 운영 경험을 보유하신 분
- 2년 이상의 팀 운영 경험을 보유하고, 고객사 및 팀 간 원활한 협업 또는 문제 해결 능력을 보유하신 분
Nice to Have
- 빠르게 변화하는 스타트업 또는 고성장 기업에서의 근무 경험이 있는 분
- 브랜드 보호에 대한 관심과 적극적인 문제 해결 태도를 가지신 분
