We’re on the hunt for a Video Editor with a strong focus on organic and paid social video editing to join the Brand and Creative team at Marro.

Do you have experience working closely with marketing teams or other departments to create performance-driven content? As Marro’s Video Editor, you will oversee the creation and management of video content across various channels. To start, your work will be split roughly 50/50 between organic social video editing (Tik Tok, youtube, Instagram) and paid social video editing (primarily for Meta, but increasingly Youtube and Tik Tok as well). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in video production and editing, coupled with a knack for developing content that not only engages our audience but also drives measurable results.
This is a hybrid role, with the team working in the office at White City on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What the Opportunity Looks Like:
- Edit to a high standard, working across commercial, social, and marketing projects.
- Be actively involved in the creative ideation and execution of our Tik Tok and Youtube channel focus this year and beyond.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, to manage projects to a high standard, ensuring all content is performance-driven.
- Utilise animation and motion graphics to enhance content effectiveness, particularly in the context of Paid Social.
- Perform colour correction and grading on images and videos, conforming to broadcast and social standards and guidelines.
- Source audio tracks and perform sound mixing edits, creating well-mastered tracks across multiple layers to enhance the overall impact of video content.
- Provide shoot support as needed, ensuring all content produced aligns with brand guidelines and the tone of Marro, with a specific emphasis on optimising content for Paid Social.
👋 A bit about you.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in organic and paid social content.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with a strong emphasis on creating performance-driven content.
- High-level proficiency in colour grading using Adobe Premiere, with experience tailoring visuals to meet the specific demands of Paid Social.
- Proficiency in sound mixing and mastering, ensuring audio quality enhances the overall impact of Paid Social content.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and creativity daily, with a strong focus on driving performance through video content.
ℹ Logistics:
- This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our White City (London) office – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (non-negotiable).
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
