đź’Ľ About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO of Hello.Frank. You’ll be the right hand who keeps operations organized, aligned, and moving forward. This isn’t an entry-level admin role. We’ll train you on our internal processes, not the fundamentals. You’ll help the CEO manage time, communication, and key initiatives while improving overall efficiency across the company.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communication, ensuring alignment with top priorities.

  • Prepare meeting materials, notes, and follow-ups, and track action items through completion.

  • Support special projects, research, and executive initiatives.

  • Improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and organization.

  • Use AI tools and automation to streamline communication and scheduling.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

đź§  What You Bring

Required

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (EA, Admin, or Ops).

  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and project management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning or applying AI tools to optimize workflows.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting a CEO or C-level executive.

  • Familiarity with data dashboards, KPI tracking, or reporting tools.

  • Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment.
