On-Target Earnings: $110,000 CAD Base Salary + performance+based variable + equity
Location: After 90 days, this role is required to be in-office in Kelowna full-time

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced operator who has lived the 0–1 journey. Someone who knows how to take a SaaS product from concept to paying customers. As an Ex Co-Founder at Martell Ventures, you’ll be the commercial lead behind new ventures, shaping their go-to-market strategy, validating revenue models, and driving early sales traction.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer discovery, validation, and early revenue generation
- Design and execute GTM strategies for new venture launches
- Own outbound and inbound sales efforts from outreach to close
- Build and maintain key customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals
- Collaborate with product and technical leads to ensure product-market fit
- Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and sales infrastructure for repeatable growth
- Report and interpret traction data to guide venture decisions
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Proven SaaS operator or founder with early-stage experience
- Hands-on with sales, customer development, and GTM design
- Excellent communicator with a bias for clarity and action
- Strong business instincts, with the ability to turn feedback into opportunity
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Data-literate, strategic, and deeply customer-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous founder or early executive in a B2B SaaS startup
- Background in technical sales or product-led growth
- Experience leading or mentoring small commercial teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools or workflows
