💼 About the Role
The Client Success Manager (Partner Manager) owns the success, activation, and revenue performance of Revio’s partners.
🔍 What You'll Do
- Onboard new partners and drive them to their first referral within 14 days
- Lead partner activation calls and align on promotion and execution plans
- Manage a portfolio of active partners and serve as their main point of contact
- Monitor partner performance and proactively re-activate underperforming partners
- Provide partners with assets, guidance, and clear next steps to drive results
- Track partner activity and revenue accurately in the CRM
- Report weekly on partner activation, performance, and partner-sourced revenue
- Continuously improve onboarding and enablement processes based on results
🧠 What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Experience in partner management, affiliate marketing, customer success, or revenue partnerships
- Strong execution mindset, you push partners to take action
- Comfort owning revenue outcomes, not just relationships
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
- Excellent communication skills across calls, async, and written guidance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with creators, agencies, or B2B SaaS partnerships
- Background in sales, growth, or revenue operations
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRMs, and performance tracking
- Experience in fast-moving, founder-led environments
