About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will own the entire sales process, from lead generation through closing and post-sale follow up. You will be on the front lines of building trusting relationships, understanding prospect needs, presenting value, and driving revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with the Founder to grow our user base and bring real financial impact to our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, financial goals, and readiness to adopt Hello Frank’s platform.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate value and outcomes.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives.

  • Manage the full sales cycle end to end: lead → opportunity → close → onboarding support.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (pipeline, forecast, activity) and keep forecasts up to date.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Generate and qualify your own leads via outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound channels.

What You Bring

Required

  • 1-3 years of full cycle B2B or tech-adjacent SaaS/Fintech sales experience.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), with strong ability to ask the right questions and uncover core needs.

  • Ability to work independently, manage your calendar, prioritize tasks, and self-motivate in a remote environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, deal cadence)

Preferred

  • Experience with financial wellness, personal finance, or fintech products.

  • Comfort with cold outreach (calls, emails, social selling) and ability to scale outreach efforts.

  • Ability to present complex product features in a way that non-technical stakeholders understand.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contract terms.
