On-Target Earnings: $350,000 CAD OTE

Location:  In-studio in Kelowna

For this role you will start as a sales setter and after 90 days you will grow into a sales closer.

About the Role

As an on site Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business and changing lives. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into high-ticket clients across our mindset and business programs, all through conversational sales (chat-first).

You'll report to our Head of Revenue and work side-by-side with an ambitious, heart-centered team of marketers, coaches, and creatives. Whether you’re new to high-ticket sales or looking for a team that finally matches your pace, this role delivers.

What You'll Do

Conversational Sales

  • Own the full chat-based sales process from first message to closed deal

  • Engage warm leads via chat, voice notes, and DMs (no cold outreach)

  • Ask powerful questions that uncover pain points and connect prospects to the right solution

  • Handle objections confidently and close high-ticket program enrollments

  • Maintain daily KPIs for conversations, follow-ups, and conversions

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align messaging and targeting

  • Stay updated on program offers, pricing structures, and client transformations

  • Contribute ideas to improve funnels, engagement scripts, and conversion workflows

  • Track CRM updates and pipeline progress with precision

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and team performance reviews

Client Experience

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, following our brand guidelines.

  • Provide a seamless and elevated brand experience throughout the buying journey

  • Collect and relay client insights to product and coaching teams

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (DM sales, phone sales, sell-by-chat, or high-ticket preferred)

  • World-class written communication skills: persuasive, conversational, and clear

  • Passion for business, fitness, mindset, and personal growth

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • Tech-savvy: You know your way around CRM tools, sales dashboards, and digital platforms

  • Full-time availability in-person at our Kelowna studio

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot

  • Exposure to coaching or performance-driven startups

  • Background in entrepreneurship, fitness, or digital sales
