
Project Manager Assistant

Description of Principle Duties:
• Answer telephone calls and takes messages in a polite and knowledgeable manner
• Learn to take proper information from callers for order requests and bid requests
• Coordinate with service to obtain start up reports and work ticket documentation as required for customers
• Review bid documents and have an understanding if MAS can bid the job. Distribute to appropriate Sales Engineers.
• Assist with ordering office supplies and equipment
• Coordinate/copy/email Installation manuals, etc.
• File & organize projects, bid documents, and any other business-related files where applicable to equipment orders
• Learn parts business and processes to be used for equipment orders
• Communicating with vendors for customer orders
• Create quotes to customers where applicable for equipment orders
• Assist on follow ups on aged accounts receivables
• Pack and ship correspondence/products to customers and vendors
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Mechanical HVAC service or equipment sales preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Education and experience in the construction and engineering industry, with specific experience in dealing with construction drawings, specifications, construction schedule and processes is a plus.
Knowledge/Skill Set:
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
• Must have the ability to switch quickly between tasks based on priority and timeline.
• Works well within a team dynamic to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
