Material Bank's Brand Central platform has launched and is continuously evolving with new functionalities to better serve brands in growing their business. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will play a critical role in driving these enhancements by collaborating across multiple teams, including engineering, product, design, marketing, and customer success. Your work will focus on executing strategic initiatives, improving user experience, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Platform Development: Lead the technical execution of new functionalities in Brand Central, ensuring a scalable and high-performing self-service experience for brands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, design, marketing, and customer success teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
  • Innovation & Ideation: Partner with the brand-facing team to identify opportunities for enhancements and drive the implementation of new ideas that add value to the platform.
  • Process Optimization: Implement Agile best practices to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive quality outcomes.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential roadblocks, proactively mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for brand partners, ensuring their needs are met through a seamless and intuitive platform experience.
  • Project Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment, aligning strategies with the company's overall business goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards, implementing best practices and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks to minimize disruptions, implementing risk management plans to handle unforeseen challenges. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Engineering leadership within software or platform development.
  • Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, or cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of full technical project management, including eCommerce, analytics, and web development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business terms.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Experience in brand, marketing, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern development stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and API-based architectures.
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
  • Preferred Experience: Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking, workflow management, and seamless cross-functional collaboration
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high-performance team player mindset.
