Material Bank is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to help shape the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent across critical business functions. This role is focused on building high-impact teams through proactive talent strategy/sourcing, long-term relationship building, and deep, strategic partnership with business leaders.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to deliver high quality hiring outcomes with an exceptional candidate experience, build trusted relationships across the organization, and create a proactive network of future talent for specialized and business critical roles.

What you’ll do:

•    Own and drive high impact searches across critical business functions with a strong focus on talent quality, execution, competitive hiring strategy, and raising the bar on organizational talent.
•    Build proactive talent pipelines that allow the company to move quickly, stay ahead of hiring demand, and consistently attract exceptional talent.
•    Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders by bringing market intelligence, hiring insights, and strong judgment to help build high performing teams and long term organizational capability.
•    Lead candidates through the full hiring journey with urgency, precision, and strong communication while driving alignment, maintaining momentum, and successfully closing exceptional talent in competitive markets.
•    Partner with leadership on compensation strategy, offer development, and negotiation efforts while influencing candidates throughout the process and driving successful close outcomes.
•    Leverage data, market intelligence, AI, automation, and creative sourcing strategies to improve efficiency, strengthen talent pipelines, and help evolve the company’s recruiting capabilities over time.
•    Help build more proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and long term recruiting processes that strengthen the company’s ability to attract exceptional talent as the organization grows.
•    Operate with a high level of urgency, accountability, competitiveness, and follow through while consistently delivering against ambitious hiring goals in a fast moving environment.
•    Build and maintain proactive relationships with high potential talent through consistent engagement, talent mapping, and long term pipeline development before business demand exists.
•    Continuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and overall recruiting execution.

What you’ll bring:

•    7+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related talent-focused environment.
•    Builder mentality with a passion for optimizing recruiting through AI, automation, experimentation, and modern talent acquisition strategies. 
•    Proven success recruiting across technical and corporate functions, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales and Accounting/Finance, with the ability to attract and close high performing talent in competitive markets.
•    Strong ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and leadership teams in fast paced, high growth environments. Ability to establish trust and credibility through results. 
•    Exceptional analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and performance insights to improve talent quality, hiring velocity, and overall recruiting performance.
•    A working style that reflects ownership, curiosity, accountability, strategic thinking, and sound judgment.
•    Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environments with shifting priorities and business needs.
•    Experience using applicant tracking systems, creative sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics platforms. Greenhouse preferred.
