We are currently seeking an Esthetician who shares our commitment to wellness and has a passion for enhancing the well-being of our residents. In this full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a positive and collaborative environment, providing exceptional skincare and wellness services to our senior community.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides therapeutic massage through a variety of trained modalities to ensure resident and guest satisfaction and holds a genuine interest in helping them achieve wellness. Provides professional facials, waxing services and select body treatments to our residents and guests in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ascertain precautions/contraindications for each spa guest and associated scheduled treatment(s) prior to treatment commencement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to age and gender related issues during all guest interactions; report any unusual interactions to supervisor immediately.
  • Provide consistent professional facial, waxing, esthetics, and select body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
  • Perform consecutive spa treatments, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
  • Properly care for professional spa equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost
  • Continuously learns services and products while educating and training residents in these
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Promote wellness retail
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and

  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

  • High school diploma or
  • Must hold and maintain a current State of Arizona Esthetics
  • Ability to use or learn a variety of tech-based services and platforms, e. Microsoft Outlook, resident facing portals, and spa specific appointment/ booking software.
  • Training in our spa specific facial protocols.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with older adults.
