About this role: 

Reporting directly to the Group Client Director, the Client Supervisor at MATTE will participate in developing strategies and communication plans for clients within one of our exciting business verticals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and have the capability to diagnose issues and influence long term solutions and outcomes for their clients.  The Client Supervisor should convey a buttoned-up management style and be able to remain hyper organized across multiple projects. Effective communication and superb presentation skills are necessary in this role. Additionally, Client Supervisor  must be knowledgeable on the inner workings of production and events. The right person will bring innovative, creative and pragmatic approaches to achieving goals in driving growth within their vertical. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Client team to maintain day-to-day relationships with clients in particular industry vertical.
  • Provide a consistent, professional client experience/manage expectations throughout the relationship and provide consistent and timely communication. 
  • Ensure accounts are running smoothly and efficiently both internally with the team and externally with the client.
  • Responsible for the overall health of assigned programs, clients and projects to ensure deliverables meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Manage new leads, RFP’s, development and presentation of client proposals and pitches. 
  • Represent MATTE and present proposals at client meetings and functions 

  • On-going project management, execution and production of marketing programs and campaigns. 
  • Develop insights and formulate strategy with Strategist and Creative teams
  • Create succinct and insightful briefs for all projects

Desired Qualifications

  • At least 4 years related industry experience, preferably in an agency environment. 

  • Previous experience managing creatives, strategy, project management and development teams in the creation, design, development, production.
  • Experience in music and live events space is a plus
  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects will contribute to their overall Agency success. 

  • Ability to prioritize projects on an ongoing basis and communicate needs effectively 
and efficiently. 

  • Ability to lead and manage the team across multiple avenues and all disciplines

 

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 base annual salary based on experience
