Box Office Manager [HERO] (On-site)

About this role:
The Box Office Manager will oversee all aspects of ticket distribution, customer services, SEO management and sales. This role is responsible for managing daily ticket operations while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a passion for guest service, and experience working with ticketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Sales Management: Manage all aspects of ticket sales (online and in-person), including order processing, pricing strategy, ticket inventory, exchanges, and refunds.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent guest service and resolve ticket-related issues, while training and supporting box office staff to uphold service standards.
- SEO Management: Oversee and implement SEO strategies to optimize event listings, ticketing pages, and venue content, ensuring maximum online visibility and increased ticket sales.
- Financial Management: Oversee daily sales transactions, reconcile cash and credit card payments, and generate accurate sales and deposit reports in collaboration with the Finance team.
- System Management: Maintain and troubleshoot ticketing software (e.g., Tixr, Ticketmaster, Universe, Etix), ensuring systems are current, functional, and staff are properly trained.
Event Coordination: Work with Operations and Sales team members to support ticketing logistics, manage will-call and guest lists, and ensure smooth box office operations on event days. - Marketing and Promotions: Partner with Marketing to implement promotions, support event campaigns, and analyze ticket sales data to identify trends and boost attendance.
Salary: $75,000-$80,000/year
