Maven is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to own client implementations for our direct employer and partners. You will work cross functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Teams in order to onboard client partners to the Maven product and prepare for scale. Reporting to our Director, Client Delivery you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding operational KPIs while assessing results to ensure effective and efficient performance.
As Client Delivery Manager you will:
- Lead end-to-end implementations for clients — owning the project plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Build trusted relationships with HR and Benefits leaders at client organizations, serving as their primary day-to-day point of contact throughout launch
- Run client-facing cadences (status meetings, working sessions, executive updates) and produce the artifacts (project plans, RACI, status reports, launch playbooks) that keep internal and external stakeholders aligned
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocate, Product, and Data teams to translate contractual scope into a configured, launched product
- Partner with the technical implementation and data teams to ensure accurate eligibility files and on-time launches — you don't need to own SFTP plumbing, but you need enough fluency to triage issues and escalate appropriately
- Proactively identify implementation risks and drive resolution, escalating early when timeline, scope, or stakeholder alignment are at risk
- Deliver against operational KPIs including on-time launch rate, implementation NPS, and time-to-launch
- Identify and contribute to continuous-improvement opportunities — playbooks, templates, tooling, and process — so the team can scale without sacrificing quality
- Roll up your sleeves on whatever the launch needs; this is a build-and-run team, not a finished one
What we're looking for you to bring:
- 5–7 years of experience in client delivery, implementation, project management, or related operational roles — ideally with direct exposure to enterprise client launches
- Strong project management skills; you can manage multiple complex implementations in parallel with clear sequencing, dependency tracking, and proactive risk identification
- Track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (HR and Benefits leaders, or equivalent) and operating credibly in front of executive audiences
- Familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and digital health solutions; comfort coming up the curve on new product domains quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can produce a clean status update, run a structured working session, and tailor the message to the audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts; comfortable working with data, defining a hypothesis, and driving to a decision
- A bias toward ownership — you create order from ambiguity, identify what's missing, and move forward without waiting to be told
- Working fluency with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker (or a clear ability to pick them up quickly)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare industry, particularly in women's and family health
- Prior payer-side experience at a health plan, TPA, or health services organization
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.
