About This Role

Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic licensed and board certified Naturopathic Family Physician to support our members through virtual care services. 

As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, scaling impact and healthcare access worldwide. You will join a curated provider network encompassing 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care.

What You'll Do:  

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around:
  • Supplements and natural remedies
  • Alternatives/complementary treatments to traditional treatments for members
  • Healthy/natural foods and products
• Partner with Primary Care Physicians/Specialists to coordinate integrated care
• Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

Who You Are: 

• Must be hold a state license and be Board Certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification
• Must be residing in the United States
• Possess the ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week. This is a part-time, independent contractor role (1099 position)
• Have 2+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space. Must be comfortable providing care through a digital health platform
• Must own an iOs device (iPhone or iPad) that can be updated past iOs16 and have access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access 
• Must be passionate about women’s and family health

• Provide care via video and private messaging

• Training & events. Optional participation in Maven sponsored lectures, panels, and/or other speaking opportunities as needed

This is a 1099, contract position. For candidates in NY, CO, or CA, the approximate pay rate is $56 per 20 minute appointment. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, specialization, and contract type
