The Role:
Maven is looking for a Midwife in the UK or Ireland to join our provider network to support our existing members and new incoming members
- Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to women and their families while pregnant, throughout labour, and during the period after a baby's birth.
- Educate and help with decisions on all labor and delivery options at hospital, birth centers or home births
- Postpartum care, including breastfeeding, vaginal discharge and incontinence issues
- Perinatal mood disorders, such as Postpartum Depression/Anxiety.

Opportunity Requirements:
- Registered or licensed as a midwife in the UK
- Ability to commit 2-5 hours/week. This is a part-time, independent contractor role
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing patient care or support within a practice, clinic, or hospital that addresses reproductive health
- Awareness and understanding of cultural sensitivities related to reproductive healthcare
- Flexible and collaborative working style
- Fluency in English (required)
Additional helpful experiences or interests:
- Experience or demonstrated interest in healthcare innovation, digital health, or telehealth
- Awareness of the key differences between maternal care systems across countries
