Inside Sales Engineer

As part of the globally active MAXCESS Group, we develop, manufacture, and distribute solutions for web guiding, web inspection, winding, cutting, and web tension control for the production and processing of material webs (e.g., paper, plastic, metal) as well as rotary tools for the printing and paper processing industry. We have been established on the market for more than 50 years. Today, we are active worldwide with production facilities on 4 continents and offer local sales and service support in all major countries. Our products and systems are installed at major companies worldwide.

For our sales department at our European location in Poland, we are looking for a full-time, permanent employee to start immediately.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of quotations: Clarification and elaboration of technical details and applications
• Slitting Project management (large systems)
• Handling and follow-up of quotations/sales orders in Salesforce & ERP Systems
• Acting as their link to various internal departments such as Engineering and Production
• Processing of claims
• Participation to customer visits and exhibitions when required

Key requirements:

• Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience at a machine manufacturer or in machine maintenance
• Economic understanding and sales knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in addition to a customer service and team-oriented behavior
• Independent, responsible and committed
• Prepared to travel and assist customers on site when required
• Languages: English (fluent, written and spoken), German, French, Spanish, Italian would be an advantage
• Experience in Project Management desirable
• Working knowledge of MS-Office programs
• Knowledge in ERP system
