FP&A Analyst

We are currently looking for a person to fill the position of FP&A Analyst at our location in Fałkowo.

Main Tasks:

• Business partnership for the Rotometrics organization as the main focus
• Business partnership for the production facilities in Großmehring (DE), Mainz-Kastel (DE), Aldridge (UK)
• Travels to the factory in Großmehring (approximately 1-2 times a year)
• Working in the EMEA team with daily alignments
• Analysis on Sales, Order Intakes, COGS, SG&A, Capex etc
• Calculating budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Establishing metrics to measure operational performance
• Supporting accounting with calculations
• Create various ad-hoc analytics
• Escalates any financial issues to management
• Collaborates with senior managers in the accounting and finance team across each of the EMEA region

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or similar
• MS Office (in special Excel)
• Manufacturing company experience is an asset
• Work on your own initiative and work closely with a team at the same time
• Hyperion or OneStream is an asset
• Depending on your location: Polish, English is mandatory
• Willingness to travel
• Working in virtual teams
